I got these shoes and they are just great! They are super comfortable and so cute. I was one of the first kids in my school to get them and everyone adored them. I totally recommend because they almost match everything! The only thing that isn't good about them is that your can't wear them in the summer or your feet will get so hot because they are super warm and perfect for cold weather. They keep your feet nice and toasty and that's all I have to say. GET THEM

In a word, fabulous! I was new to ECBOOT.com, and I was not entering my gift card correctly so I called customer service. The man who helped me got everything right, the first time with no hassles or problems. My experience on the phone could not have gone any better, and my boots arrived just when promised! And by the way, I love my new boots!
